Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Forbidden Workshop. We are committed to offering you beautiful, high-quality jewelry inspired by the rich heritage of Imperial China. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging, including any gift boxes, certificates, or accessories provided.
  • Personalized, custom-made, or final sale items are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@forbiddenworkshop.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return instructions.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • If you received a free shipping promotion, a standard shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
  • We are not responsible for return shipping costs or packages lost during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Please email us immediately if you wish to cancel. After 12 hours, the order may have already been processed and shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
